Facility rental pricing is based on number of guests, hours, and season. Rental fees include use of the party areas, the venue's tables and chairs, bar, and coat check as required. An Apartment 24 on-site manager is provided throughout the event to ensure quality and the highest level of client care. Janitorial services are included.
