Ostoya answered that question through the creation of a retro-chic rock star's
apartment decor. Think of classic age rock star David Bowie's over the top
apartment in the 1960s. With mod lighting over the zebra wood bar, wild metallic
wallpaper and a back bar view of San Francisco that changes lighting from dawn
to dusk, Apartment 24 is the ultimate city pad.
And just like any crazy house party, there are always exclusive areas for the
in-the-know. At Apartment 24 there are two VIP areas with private booths and
bottle service that are enclosed by gold chains dripping from the ceiling,
creating privacy while still having a view of the club. And when things get
crazy as they do at any house party, there is a catwalk for girls to strut their

- Robert Nunez is a venue operator with unparalleled experience. Robert has
owned and operated numerous successful Bay Area venues, including Harlot, The
Blind Tiger, Big Heart City, and Chi Chi. Robert was also an owner and operator

- Peter Scully is the founder of 38 NORTH, a leading San
Francisco nightlife promotion company known for numerous sold-out events all
over the Bay Area and voted one of San Francisco's top 5 promoters by 7x7
Magazine. He also owns Bin 38, a wine bar & restaurant. Peter was also an owner
and operator of the successful Dolce nightclub in San Francisco prior to
